Well, as I walked in, it reminded me of a funeral palor. Old fashioned decor with plastic flowers not to mention, the stinch you smelled once in. Then the hostess looked like she was made up for her last viewing as well. The order came in seconds which was a dead giveaway as well. My date ordered ribs, cabbage, and macaroni. The ribs were boiled to death, with a little sauce thrown over them, and the cabbage was a day late. The mac and cheese wasn't good either. I unfortunately got the crab cakes which were burnt and mushy inside. The potato salad and fried whiting was the best tasting though. I can say that they were just cooked recently. It was a disappointing birthday dinner. I will not return. Freshwaters was Stalewaters. Sorry! Pros: Nice folks Cons: They are in the wrong industry.
