NO STARS, NOT ONE STAR. NEGATIVE STARS, IF I COULD GIVE THEM. No customer service. Cathy M. used her ""perogative"" to try and split a $10 fee for $6,000 I transferred INTO my WF account! A FEE FOR A DEPOSIT THAT DOESN'T INVOLVE A HUMAN BEING! Crazy. Avoid, avoid, avoid Wells Fargo Bank. Choose a local bank, they will be happy to serve you and willingly deduct fees you find objectionable if they charge you one. I'm moving to Fidelity. It doesn't matter if you're rich or not-so-rich, they will be happy to give you great service. I'm withdrawing all of my $$ from WF asap. Pros: They are everywhere... Cons: Nickle and diming fees, even for deposits!
