I went into Hapa on a saturday night with my wife and we were sat near the fronthost stand. There was a short man with glasses arguing with an woman who i am guessing was his wife. I asked our server who he was and he said that the man was Mark, the owner of hape. I was shocked! I just heard this guy drop 2 f-bombs and a few other curse words while arguing over a table time with this woman! I was a good 12 feet away and heard it all. You could tell the hosts were a little uneasy standing next to them. I will NEVER go back to this establishment again. If the owner is that unprofessional in person, than I feel sorry for his staff. I am a chef in Denver and for an owner to act like that in ear shot of guests is ridiculous. Maybe this Mark guy should not be in his own restaraunts! Pros: Server was great Cons: Owner is a nutjob, very unprofessional
