My three friends and I were extremely disappointed FIRST TIME customers. We arrived on Friday around 8:30pm and were informed of an hour waiting list. We put on our name down and were invited to wait at the bar in the back of the restaurant. Well, AN HOUR AND A HALF later, not only were we still were not seated, but we saw 3 parties of four (who arrived after we did) seated before us. It was unbelievably unacceptable. As we walked out the door, we were told we had to wait for a table and when we responded how long we had been waiting, the waitstaff simply brushed us off. There was no apology or no offers for a discount meal, the only thing we received during our wait was a free round of drinks... as if that would compensate!
