Dan's has been around for many years, I have owned my horse for almost 4 years and each time I go to have feed mixed I have problems ordering. The first time was the only good experience I have had, that was over 3 years ago. I have recently took in 2 rescue horses, they are very thin and I thought Dan's would be a good place to get my feed, but when you place an order on a Friday morning (8am to be exact) for Monday afternoon you would think it would be ready. Well, we went to pay for it and pick it up and hmmm, they just started mixing it, this was at 4:30pm. I know they get busy but when I went to pick up mineral blocks the next day after I placed my order they had guys sitting on hay bales, like they had nothing to do. I am quite upset, I live in Solon Springs so it's not like I'm a 10 minute ride to town. I will, however, bring my business to another feed bin. I don't order 400 lbs of feed just to be ordering it, I need it for my horses, and 3 days to have it mixed was efficient time to do that.
