We are in the Navy and were getting restationed to the Norfolk area so we put down a deposit on a house. We then found out 2 wks later that our orders were being changed so I contacted Judy Boone realty, sent them a copy of our change orders as it stated we needed to do so in the lease. We never even got to move into the house and they still refused to give us our deposit back. We now have to get legal involved. Stay as far away from these people as possible especially if you are military since they will not honor any military clause and you will have to fight for your deposit. Pros: Pros at getting your money Cons: Will keep your money unfairly
