Review content:
After so many great reviews I was extremely eager to get the best coloring and cut in the Richmond area. However, the color I wound up with was way too dark for me and not what we discussed and agreed on. The cut was also not what we discussed -- I had wanted no more than a few inches. I should have protested sooner, but after the initial snip of 6 inches, I felt like the damage had already been done and just held my breath and hoped for the best. There were way too many layers and it is now growing out in all directions. It's been weeks now, and people still politely say ""oh... you cut your hair differently"" and ""that's a different"" look"" and ""that's an interesting color"". Very dissapointed all around.
