I recently took my convertible into Johnson Glass to get the side window replaced after the car had been broken into. The staff at Johnson Glass called me and told me to bring the car in early, but upon my arrival, they told me they could not get to it until the previously scheduled time anyways. Later in the day, they called me back saying the car was ready. When I arrived at the store, they proceeded to ask me if the window sealed before it was broken. What kind of question is that? They said they would fix it. An hour and a half later, they came in to tell me to come look at it. I went to the car, and nothing had changed. I started giving them ideas, and after about 10 minutes of my, the customer's, ideas, the window was adjusted properly. Several hours after we got the car home, we tried to roll the window down, and it would not work!!! The window was even loose!!! I am very dissatisfied with their technicians and their customer service. I will not be returning to this business.
