After hearing a friend was being released from jail , i went to give them a ride , there is no information to tell you they are released from an obscure side door or a number to call to give you an estimated time, or any info at all, I with other sat outside for 6+ hours awaiting for the inmates release with no results .... the next day called to the courts to see if i could get further information to be sure i had the right date , they assured me I did But oh, the clerks Fax didn't go through 3 days ago... she will re send it - what the____ any idea when he will be released then? well sometime before midnight. Can you narrow that down ? No . So I called the jail they said well 2-8 hours after we get the info from the court, I explained I have a 3 hour drive ahead of me , they said good luck.\r

This is insane- serious customer service is lacking , I'm not the inmate to have to drive 3 hours then wait 8 with no posiibility of confirmation or update is crazy there were elders in the street flaggin down officers to see where their loved ones would be released.\r
