Very Rude Service. I went in with a box to mail a UPS package. The guy went into the back room, replaced my box with his own. And then billed me $10 for the Box and work service fee. I never asked him to do this - he just took the liberty of switching boxes and charging me. I just paid and parted ways because I didnt want to make a scene. Stay Away -- just go to Bascom. These guys rip people off.
