Review content:
The Shooting Star is a can't miss local place one needs to experience. This review is written 16 years later from when we visited the establishment. Road trip with my buddy from CA before he married. We took snow skis and MTB's on the trip. Met my cousin at his home in Ogden, UT. Went on a monster MTB ride starting at 6000 ft to 9600 ft. We encountered snow at 8000 ft and had to ditch the bikes and hike to the peak. Then headed down to Lone Star. What a great place! We orderd the famous burger. By memory 16 years later the burger had bacon, lingucia, cheese, onion rings, on a one lb burger! This place was a great stop for us and still talking about it when we visited it in 1994. A mandatory stop if you are in Ogden or anywhere close by!! We are looking at the picture of us next to the St Bernard's head! Crazy as we sat at the booth where the head is mounted.
