Review content:
I went to Burton for a rather small paint service - 3 spots that needed repainting. The price was just a bit less than other reputable dealers in the area. This was the first paint job on a rather new, 2008, Lexus with a factory paint surface. Four quarter panels were repainted and clear coating was applied. After I got home I noticed A LOT of dust or hair spots under the clear coat ... they were everywhere! I notified Burton's (Jason) and they agreed and told me that it was an easy fix to wet sand and that should clear everything up. It got rid of most of the dust spots but there's still quite a few. Jason said there was nothing they could do for the remaining (how about repaint? and get a good clean shop with a monster fan?). I'm not too happy about this because I now have quite a few dust spots that were never there to begin with.
Pros: Good rapport and decent customer service
Cons: Poor Quality Paint Service
