In a hurry, as I usually fix things myself, I took a PC with slow CPU fan to EasyTech. It had been locking up probably 'due to heating and cooling issues.' They informed me they needed time to ""diagnose"" the problem. When I clearly was aware of the problem, they just didnt want to take my word for it. They said they'd take it in the back and check it out and 5 mins and $116 lighter I left. And when I powered it up, the new fan was slower still. Checking, it was already dusty, so I went back and they put in another. Still no better (probably my original dusted off), so I didn’t bother going back. I was testing it using the BIOS speed sensor, and I suspected EasyTech wasnt testing it at all. \r
I later consulted with a company called Secure Remote Support which guarantees services paid for are done to completion and to exceed the satisfaction of the customer. Also inquiring about their rates, I was pleased to find they were a portion of those from EasyTech. I will take any and all future repair needs to these guys and do my best to stay away from EasyTech unless I need a tv, or a blender.\r
