Been here for about 4 years now and in the past past 4 or 5 months since the old manger Dawn and maintenance guy Rick has left, this place has gone to crap. The parking lot, trees and bushes look terrible and never used to. The garages have weeds knee high and that has never happened before the new manager and maintenance guy came. The pool looks horrible and never has before, and has been that way since it opened, was also closed over the 4th, the holiday weekend. If you want to live in the real south side getto, this is the place for you. If you need a repair in your apartment, good luck with that, the maintenace guy sits in the office most of the time. I would NOT recommend this place to even Casey Anthony, even she is better than the Rosemont staff!!
