Review content:
This appears to have been a low income/""project"" type property turned overpriced apartment/townhome complex. There is always trash all over the grounds, the grounds themselves are never kept (we had to weed-eat our own back area to keep from being taken over by bush), the fees are outrageous, and it is highly likely your apartment will be broken into whether you are home or not. Mine was and the property manager's response was to ""board up"" my gaping hole in the back door that used to be a window half the size of the door itself by using a black trash bag and what looks like the bottom of a child's toy chest, welcoming another visit from the intruder. I'm not kidding. There were rusty nails left in planters right outside of the apartments which were discovered upon a child stepping on them and being injured before they were removed, and their ""pool"" is an algae-filled teal/green cloudy mess of water that you cannot see to the bottom of. Yes, the townhomes are spacious; however, nothing in your home will work properly (ceiling fans wobbling and hanging out of the ceiling when you turn them on, large holes covered by planks under the bathroom sinks, non working faucets and door locks, bullet holes in the appliances and appliances are in sub-par condition. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life and I wished I'd googled this place long before moving here and I suggest you do the same. If you are at all concerned about keeping your family safe and secure, this is NOT the complex for you.... keep going!!
