I've had a few sessions with Ms. Lynch to help with appetite suppression and weight loss. I have already noticed a change in my eating patterns and overall behaviors towards food. I used to rely on food to help with anxiety and depression, but I no longer have these urges. I eat smaller portions and don't have the same sugar/caffeine cravings as I once had. Not only have I lost weight, but I feel better because I eat healthier. I highly recommend Donna as she has proven to be a big help and has been highly professional and courteous. 5 STARS!!!!!!
