Review content:
I thought this would be a nice, local and low cost solution to making my family trust. I found this office extremely unprofessional and inefficient. I started my trust over 5 months ago and it it still not final. After I sent my final payment in, I never heard from them. It took me over two weeks to talk to a live person on the phone to see if they had finished my trust. The phone tag with them is incredible. They answer their phone probably 10% of the time. I still have not signed the papers due to the notary not showing up, and their inability to call me back in a timely manner.
Pros: inexpensive
Cons: terrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. Never answers the phone
