I recently received my green card from EB2- National Interest Waiver (NIW) trough Jean Padberg’s office. I shopped around for lawyers for a while focusing on very expensive New York and Texas law firms. You cannot imagine how insulting some of them are, regarding your intelligence. After waiting for numerous days for each of them to get back to me, their legal assistant sounded my case is vaguely fits the category and the only way to save my life is to jump into their contract or in the other hand some of them tried to convince me that there is no doubt about my perfect case and I need to send them the check and to wait for my green card in a week. Fortunately, friend of mine introduced me to Padberg’s office. Very friendly staff arranged me in person call with Jean padberg and on first step I got honest evaluation of my case and chance of approval. She mentioned my point of weakness and strength as it was with well-carved plan to fix the pit falls as much as possible. She offered me very much reasonable price to handle my case. We started by preparing the evidences, which she helped me in every step of it. I reached her on email in less than half an hour every single time. After my complete pack of evidences reached their office, they got my application out in two weeks. In 4 months post application I received the CARD it self.
