So I went in for a free session with a personal trainer that I had ""won."" I met a girl who was just doing this for her summer job from college. She worked me out for an hour and a half until I was truly exhausted. Then I had to sit and meet with a lady who pushed a membership. She demanded to know when I would be back, or when I would decide about membership. She kep having little side conversations with the trainer about me, while I was sitting there! The child care area looked small and over crowded, and I was told that they don't have to adhere to ratios, like that's a good thing. I will be acalling to say no way this evening. Hopefully, I won't be plagued with follow-up calls.
Pros: Lots of machines
Cons: Money hungry, uncaring environment
