I have only been a member there a few months. I wish I had used the full 30 days and got the heck outta there. the manager, who sits in an office, can to run for the phone or run out when someone is a newcomer, can move pretty fast when there is $$ signs. But when you need to talk to her about anything, she is ""busy"" and slow. The blonde in the morning just sits at the front. Does she even move? And no, you cannot take my picture for the hundredth time. And please wear a regular shirt. I cannot go in early because she cannot help, until she gets a trainer in there. Is she not trained? \r Some of the staff are great. We can talk freely, joke and even banter each other. Thank god they got rid of the loud mouthed staff member who I will not name , but rhymes with ""hell"". If I ever see her again, I will stop using that gym. She actually asked me if I am going to have gastric bypass to help me lose ""all that weight"". then told me that it will take a long time, and made me sign for 3 years. She said it would take at least that long for me to lose it.\r They could all use a customer service seminar. And the manager could use one on proper management. She is rude and I have even heard her argue with the same woman at the front desk on the floor. Who i think someone told me is her daughter. Sometimes the tension is thick and you could cut it with a knife.\r I just chose to go in , work out, and leave. The 80's music has got to go. It is not upbeat enough, I love to go when Zumba is going on, I cannot dance, but I like the way it picks you up and makes you move faster, too bad they cannot channel that into the speakers. Personally I like that fact that some of the staff is ""normal"", who wants a skinny minnie telling you how to lose weight. At least the normal ones can empathize with us. It feels good to see women of all shapes and sizes helping each other. \r Pro's: Cheap and mostly fun\r Con's: Pushy, and Attitudes flying around.
