Avoid getting sucked into this gym's scams! Even the 30 day things isn't free because they want you to sign up right away for the contract so that you can save money and they waste your time. I am a personal trainer and I know for a fact that their personal trainers are not certifed and neither are their group instructors. I witnessed the overweight front desk lady taking people through their training routines, now what is wrong with that picture. She was also telling people all the wrong things that really disgusted me. I still have 2 years with the contract and I want out now, but can't get out. Check out Cardinal Fitness with no contract and less expensive.
