I just signed up with Premier about 2 weeks ago under a ""Free 30 Trial"". Then I got on this website and started reading everyones complaints. It got me looking into my contract. For starters the guy (Jeff Haffner of Premier fitness on Kingsridge drive by the Dayton mall.) Promised me this was a month to month thing and there was NO CONTRACTS AT PREMIER. When he gave me the contract or ""Membership signup paper"" I filled out my name and information and signed it as he asked, ALL SPACES WERE BLANK. He then takes me for a tour around Premeir and when we get back to his office my contract is in a seeled envalope waiting for me to take home..I didn't think much of it, after reading the reviews on here i opened that envalope, Apparently I am in a 36 month Contract and i owe them $1500?!?!?! The contract says nothing about a free trial. My ""Membership"" hasn't started yet, I am on a free trial, however they claim my membership started the day i came in there, so I cant cancel this lame contract. I still have Jeff's Voicemail telling me to come in for my FREE TRIAL. \r
