Review content:
A few friends and I decided to eat at Spago's to see what the buzz was all about. Well after having confirmed reservations, we didn't get seated until two hours later. We kept being bypassed for the VIPs I assume. The food was actually pretty good, but yes the portions were small. When they say medallions, they mean medallions. The waiter was prompt and friendly, however the food was slow in coming out (approx 50 mins). You bet we were hungry after nearly waiting 3 hours for food. Will I return? Perhaps one day as or with a celeb, as I might get prompter seating and faster service.
