Reah is so awesome! She really takes the time to make sure there are no streaks and to make sure it looks the most natural. She is so sweet! I have a wedding to attend in early Nov so I plan on going back to see Reah either at Walnut Creek or Pleasanton. I was so happy to hear that Tan Angels is located in Pleasanton too!
