Review content:
I dropped off a sun dress for hemming based on a recommendation from a local person. The length was shortened and the stitching was on the outside and showed. When picked up, it was obvious the bobbin of the sewing machine was not set correctly because the stitching was uneven over the entire hem, plus the start and stop place of the stitching did not even match up. When I told them I wouldn't accept it the customer service person told me it was due to the fabric being ""stretchy"", and not the seamstress, as if it was my problem!
In addition I did not get my credit card back. When I noticed my card was missing a couple of days later, I called and the customer service lady told me the owner would not let them call outside their area code, for anything. The customer service lady could have been much nicer but she made it a point to indicate that this was all my fault.
Maybe they shouldn't be taking clothes in from outside their area code in the first place.
Pros: good at drycleaning
Cons: For a small town, customer service is a lot to be desired.
