UNPROFESSIONAL! UNRELIABLE!
Alex is the most unprofessional person. My friend signed a contract and made reservations with Alex 2 months prior to her wedding. Approximately 2 weeks before the big day, Alex called to let her know in a very rude way that he would have to cancel this reservation. He actually asked her to change her wedding time, and dinner time to accommodate HIS schedule.
The day of the event Alex called 2 minutes before he was supposed to pick up the 45 person group to say the limo van broken down. He dispatched ONE 20 person van to make two trips. The van was over 45 minutes late and half the guest arrived late to the wedding.
We tried to get a partial refund since the original contract for 2 limo buses was not met. Alex was rude and hostile and constantly hung up on anyone who called regarding this matter.
He almost ruined the big day. If you plan on having reliable transportation for your event DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
