Review content:
I was a multiple residential rental property customer for over three years. During this time they managed to kill two large bushes, one of which they begrudgingly replaced after repeated requests and the other which they danced around and avoided taking responsibility for. What's worse, we're not talking about expensive bushes. They also (claimed to) perform work above and beyond what our contract agreement authorized and then billed for it. This was done without any warning or pre-authorization from me. Don't expect any accountability or follow-through if you do business with these landscapers. Their bottom line is more important than basic customer service or retaining their customers. Beware!
