This place IS the worst. I agree with the other guy. These guys called me to see when i was going to make a payment and I was about 30 days past due. I informed them that I had some difficulties paying my bill due to some legal problems and this rep named Cecilia told me ""Well, you're about to have MORE legal problems if we don't get this payment..."". She basically threatened me and called irresponsible. So I hung up on her and spoke to her boss, Victor, who happens to be the ONLY professional that works for this company. I still didn't pay them yet, but when I do, I'm taking my business to another company. if you read this in time, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They threatened to garnish my wages and refused to set up payment arrangements or accept partial payments. THis company needs to learn how to provide customer service.
