The lady apparently in charge of my account is Julie....Im a little bit late I had lost my job and gotten a bit behind...I have talked to them several times explaining the situation and when I would be able to pay. She called me one night on HER cell phone being rude as usual. I asked her to not talk to me like a child, she then told me ""then quit acting like one"" I told her she can't talk to me like that and she said ""I can talk to you however the f--- I want to"". My dad called to complain about her and they hung up on him. These people are unbelieveable. Worst customer service, worst attitudes ever. Im sorry if their lives are just so miserable that they have to take it out on customers. I would never reccomend them to my worst enemy!!!! The only reason I gave them one star is because I had to to publish this >=(
