I'm sorry. I'm a single parent and I'm struggling. I can hardly buy food half of the time. However, My payments were up to date. Due on July 30th. I requested an extension for the 12th. I had to get tires for the car so I requested an extension for the 26th (next payday). I spoke to some rude, nasty girl named Irene that tries to use bullying tactics to get your car payment. I spoke to her during work when I got off work my car was shut off. I couldnt make a payment if I wanted to because those dipshits couldnt at least gave me until the end of the day to get money so that I can at least try to make some kind of a payment. People, do not use them I guess they changed to Golden Acceptance now because that's how they answer the phone. Well, I suggest not using any company that uses those devices. Because when you really are in a financial bind having that over your head does not help.
