Review content:
We are very disappointed with the service provided by this company. We hired these ""professionals"" to install a woodstove in our home over 3 months ago. We promptly paid them over $3,000. To make a long story short-it has been over 3 months and even given multiple tries to fix the installation and bring this stove up to code - this company has failed to provide the stove and installation we paid for. It is now very close to winter and we cannot use our stove. A brief note on the history of this installation. We decided to go through one company to get our job done. The company installer arrived to install our stove-he drilled the hole in our roof and through our wall and then told us he didn't have the right pipe to finish the job. He was going to come back and bring the pipe at an apt. set for the same week. The apt. came and went with no word from the installer. We changed our schedule to meet him for the scheduled apt. the next day he called to expain that he had to use the pipe for our job at the job he did before ours. We weren't thrilled, but we scheduled another apt. to get the job done. He missed this apt. as well. We ended up waiting several weeks for him to bring the correct pipe. Finally, the job was finished and the inspector came and said our stove wasn't installed up to code. We waited for the installer to come and remedy the problem. It took him several tries to keep. his scheduled apts. Finally he came, but his solution looked bad and still was not up to code. We've had troubles getting attention and responses. The problem still is not fixed. The other day they contacted us to tell us that we may have to pay for a more expensive stove to solve the clearance problems caused by the installer. They are blaming the installation difficulties on us rather than taking personal responsibility for their installation problems. We've learned that you do not pay for a job until after it passes code.
Pros: Nice Looking Wood Stoves
Cons: Poor Attention to Code Details, Unfriendly and Slow to Address Installation Issues
