i was given a lap top computer for christmas last year ..from the beginning i had problems with it i had to put it right in the shop and it was in and out of the shop for the next 7 months ...they even exchanged the first lap top after they couldnt fix it and the 2nd i went to pic it up when it came in and they guy looked at it and said ..im sorry i cant give it to you theres a problem with it the cursor was bad on it ...and after putting it in the shop twice more after that its still not right ...i give up i will never ever buy from them again ..the people are rude you walk in and dont even get a hi i'll be with you in a sec ..they stand there and talk to each other and when they decide they are finished then maybe they will help you ...
