Review content:
I took my in for a simple bath and to get his nails trimmed. They told me it would take two hours. When I showed up he was still soaking wet inside of his cage and his nails hadn't been cut. When I asked why the girl behind the counter just shrugged and said they forgot. I asked them to dry him off a little more and they brought me a towel. Some service! Then the ""free"" nail trimming ended up not being free and I had to pay another $5 when they told me it was included in the bath. I got my wet beagle in the car and ended up having to give him another bath because his fur was still all greasy and dirty once he dried off. This place sucks.
