Review content:
I have been to WOW multiple times to look for a bike. This would be my second bike that I would have bought but if I dont feel comfortable with the deal, Im going to walk away. I will say they have a great selection that changes very frequently, so if you dont see one you like that day, come back in a week. My problem with them is the customer service. I hate a salesman looking over my shoulder, forcing me to buy something. On the other hand I would like to be acknowledged at least. I found a bike that had been sitting in the store for over a month. I asked multiple questions to the salesman who never got up out of his seat, and didnt really seem like he wanted to be there. \r
Testdrive? No. Startup? No. Keys? No. ""If I were to buy this bike right now, would I drive it home today"" ""No. Maybe tomorrow"" \r
At that point I just had to walk away frustrated and mad.
