On 3/6/08 I went in looking for a cover for my Suzuki M95. I noticed that they had some used covers but they were rolled up and zip tied. A homeless looking salesman noticed that I was trying to look at the cover. He stated it was a cover, which obviously I knew. He directed me to another pile of used items. I found another cover which was also rolled and zip tied. I wanted to look at it so I began pulling off the zip ties. The same salesman gave a me a disgusted look. I told him I wanted to see the cover. He took the cover from me and w/ the the same disgusted look cut off the zip ties. While examining the cover another saleswoman made a smart a__ comment ""its a cover"".\r
I write all this to say I was very disappointed with their customer service.
