Businiess name:  Custom Stone Works

Review content:
We have a design and build firm and have installed granite for over 10 years - So as to the client that had caulking problems -yes it may shrink a little but if it is installed right it does not disappear or fall out unless they installed wrong and had massive gaps between stone pieces! As to the client that had a crack at the cooktop area. It is likely that the stone broke along a natural fissure line - it happens but if installed correctly on 5/8"" substrate you should be able to dance on your counter without it cracking! I'd stay clear of this company especially if they don't stand behind their work - and not offering to re-caulk at no charge? Really??? its a 30 minute job and $10 in materials!
