I came here to dine with a girlfriend and her 3 kids. It was cinco de mayo and we understood that it was going to be busy. We waited for about 15 - 20 mins til we got serviced and that was because I had to ask the hostess if there was going to be a server to wait on our table. When the server finally came to our table she didn't even acknowledge us and was screaming to other people from our table and was waving her hand around to where she almost hit my girlfriend in the face.Then she took our order with an attitude and half of the time she was paying attention to everyone else around her. After we completed our orders, we got our complimentary chips and dip, but then we waited for another 20 mins til we got our waters and at the same time my girlfriends 4 year old daughter was dying of thirst. Finally our food was brought out and there were a few things missing from what we ordered. Plus we had to ask for napkins and utensils and straws. (Every restaurant I have gone to it was a given to atleast give utensils before being asked.) We then ate our food. During the time we ate. my girlfriends 4 year old daughter had to use the restroom and so then her and her mother made their way to the bathroom. Come to find out, there was people having sex in the restroom. We waited to get our checks and the waitress did not once came to check on us. Another waiter realize we were waiting for something and asked if we needed anything. (We wished he was our waiter because he seem to be the only one responding to us.) He went and got our waitress, and then we finally received our check. We gave her cash and told her to put the rest on the card. When the waitress came back, she charged half on the card and then gave us cash. We told her that we wanted her to use the full amount of cash and charge the rest on the card. The waitress then proceeds to say that ""oh, well the machine won't let me do that."" At that point we were fed up. So then we asked the hostess to speak to the manager. When speaking with the manager, I explained to her that I was completely dissatisfied with the service here today. The manager asked what I was upset about and I started to explain the situation. Then the manager interrupted and stated ""It's cinco de mayo of course things are going to be crazy, you are lucky that you only had to wait 15 mins for any kind of service."" Then I tried to continue explaining other issues but the manager would continue to interrupt me and state ""It's cinco de mayo!"" The manager had no regards in listening to anything that I was saying and so after realizing that there was no point of complaining I stormed out. I would like to say i will NEVER step foot in this establishment again unless it is under new management and has a whole new staff!!!!!
