They are HORRIBLE realtors!!! Find someone else! We had the worst experience selling our house. Our realtor was very attentive and told us everything we wanted to hear while he was trying to get out listing. After that we never saw him again until closing, it seemed he couldn't be bothered to show up at our house for any kind of appt. We even did our buyers walk through by ourself. That was the least our issues. Our main issue is he lied and didnt disclose certain information to us that he knew would keep us from selling our house. Basically anything for him to get his commission. We felt he was actually working for the buyer instead of us, he catered to everything the buyer wanted and didn't want to help us. My favorite lie was that he continually told us that we were going to make a couple thousand dollars on the sale of the house as long as we sold at a certain price, which we did. Then come to find out as we were DRIVING to our closing that we actually need over $4000 in closing costs. To say the least I was very angry b/c I thought I would be taking that amount home. Then he lied even more telling me of some ways I would get the money back from various fees returned from my mortage company to refunds on insurance, needless to say I barely got anything back. Basically just my insurance refund which wasn't very much. He explained I would be ""floating"" the money, that didn't happen. There are many more things that happened but I won't list everything. I just wanted to get my point across that they are NOT trustworthy. I hope this has been found helpful and prevents anyone else from experiencing this
