Review content:
We used them in September 2007 and they missed 2 appointments. The first appointment they said it wasn't on their books even though they called me 2 weeks prior to confirm the date and time. The second appointment they missed because they had another job in the morning according to the installer. I guess they double booked it. Oh yeah, the reason I needed a second appointment was because they didn't have enough wood to finish the job. They are the ones that came out and measured and they didn't have enough wood. Don't use this company to install your floors. You will be in for a nightmare. These people are lazy, incompetent and can't follow schedule.
