Review content:
While we rented with this company we didn't have too many problems with the house but when we did we would have to call and call over in order get something done. I had to stay on top of them to get it done. THEN when it came to moving out, I am truly surprised. I moved to another state and called down to see how the inspection went and if any charges would be taken from our security deposit. I am being told that they can't tell me that information and I have to wait until I recieve in paper. I am sorry that is MY money and I would like to know how much I will be gettting back. I call and call and nobody wants to take ownership of what is happening. Poor, Poor, Poor business managment skills. I have yet to have anyone call me back I have to call and call and still no answer. I suggest not renting from them.
