Bobby the service manager is pretty rude. Bobby the owner is nice. Too bad he only works in the garage. I arrived at 2:40pm and explained to them that, ""I damaged the axle back portion of my aftermarket exhaust. The right muffler had been sitting on the bumper so I took it off to prevent burning *showed them the first picture from above*. The exhaust that I need repaired is in the trunk. I think you will need to re-weld or heat and bend it to get it to fit"". That pretty much went through one ear and out the other. The receptionist responded with a ""will get it up on the lift and look at it and let you know what we can do before we get started"". The shop closes at 6 and by 5:15 they hadn't got to my car so I asked what would happen if they closed before they got to me. The receptionist stated, ""we will stay until all customers that have already been signed in have been helped."" By 5:30 I still hadn't gotten an update on my car so I walked outside to the garage and saw them taking my car OFF the lift. I noticed that my Top Speed exhaust was still in the trunk and asked them if they were done. They said ""yeah, you had a small exhaust leak but we took care of it for you."" So I had to re-explain to them what was going on. One of the service managers came out and said ""Oh, we can do it for you but it's not gonna be today. Or we can help you today but it would cost more"" I was like wtf... And I told him that the receptionist said that I would be helped today regardless of what time it is. I finally got my price quote of $90 which was perfect and they started working on it. By now it was like 6 and I told them that if they weren't comfortable working on it now, that I would rather come back another day or take it somewhere else. I didn't want them to rush and do a bad job or further damage it. They said they would fix it and they told me to ""relax"". I walked back outside and they were getting to work, which is good, but they also had cut my OEM exhaust at the mid pipe, and cut off the hangers as well. They planned on throwing it away because they didn't think I needed it anymore. I went inside to complain about how bad my experience was and I was met with rudeness. The service manager just kept bringing up rebuttles about how I was being picky, how all of their customers never want their oem exhausts back, and blah blah. He even told me, ""well you should have told us you didn't want us to throw away your exhaust."" I started laughing here. I asked him how anyone who has never been here is supposed to know that they throw away old parts and he didn't know what to say. I asked him if they would have thrown away my air intake if they were replacing it with an aftermarket one and he said yes lol. He eventually said that I was just trying to complain so that I could get a cheaper price, despite the fact that I opened the argument saying ""I'm not trying to get a discount"". I told them that I read a lot of good reviews about them online, a friend recommended me to them and that I was just very disappointed since I had high expectations. By the end of the argument you could tell that he ran out of things to say. The receptionist that poorly communicated my needs to the mechanics was standing their looking like he was in deep doo-doo. He knew he messed up. After all of this I asked him if he was felt well justified about everything he had said and he said, ""yes."" After that I just walked outside. The mechanic ended up welding my oem exhaust back together and using new pipes to re-create the axle back. The mechanic was probably the nicest person there. He was actually the owner of the place! He was very apologetic about what HE did while working on the car. He had no clue about what happened inside and I wanted to leave it that way. He was a real humble guy. Didn't think he deserved to feel my anger.
