The day I went to pick up the dry clean, the girl said there is one shirt missing because it had stain on it so it will be ready tomorrow. I came home and asked my boyfriend and he doesn't remember there being a stain. Well I had to go out of town so after 2 weeks I went to pick up the shirt and they couldn't find it. They made me make 6 trips trying to analyze who helped me. They were rude and didn't want to help. Finally the manager was extremely rude, didn't apologize for losing the shirt then blamed us for not recognizing exactly who helped us and just said couldn't do anything about that. SO PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS DRY CLEANERS WITH YOUR CLOTHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!...RUDE & WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.....
