If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are (or were) one of the contractors for Lowe's in my area. They got me to sign a contract, saying they could get something, then couldn't. Then they gave me pricing runaround for WEEKS.
THEN I pulled out my old counters, and it was supposed to be 7-10 days between that time and when my new counters were installed. IT WAS A MONTH!!!! With NO sink and NO counters!!!
During that time they screwed up, and tried to deliver and claim they were fine, my counters 4 times. Each time they tried to pass off awful workmanship as ok, or tried to tell me that it was fine to put a 2cm marble slab directly on top of the counters, with no underboard. They tried to tell me that was industry standard, and when I told them if they could show me that I would accept it, of course they backed down.
The workmanship was horrible and the communication terrible too. They kept promising me it would be fixed, then I would take ANOTHER day off of work, think they would be installed, and they would show up with horrible seams or other screwed up things.
Just save yourselves the huge headache and go with someone else. I ended up losing a LOT of money in lost vacation time, eating out for my family, and just general stress for months with this company.
And now just a month or so later the EPOXY where the counters were glued together behind my sink is falling out. So it looks awful and now I have to have them back AGAIN.
Lowe's at the very least did their best to make it right but so much went wrong it was really impossible to make it right here. Avoid the trouble.
