The last three times that I had an oil change by Forney Kwik Kar it always required a followup visit the next day. They failed to complete the job, or they failed to tighten the drain plug, or they did not install the oil filter properly. A next day visit was always a time consuming inconvenience plus I had to clean the oil leakage from my garage floor. I went in on 081208. No other customers. Right in for an oil change. Then a young lady brought her mother's car in for an inspection. She was wearing shorts and a T shirt. I could not hear the Kwik Kar employees' words, but I understood their gestures and their facial expressions. The young lady's car was finished first and when she went to pay, all the employees came into the office from the work area and leered lecherously at this young woman and making stupid comments that they thought were very funny. Again, I could not hear what was said but the young lady was uncomfortable and the men guffawed and made some more stupid comments. I was offended and felt angry for the young lady's sake. If that had been my daughter, wife, or sister....... So naturally this morning I am cleaning up oil that had leaked all over my garage floor again thanks to Forney Kwik Kar. I know the owner of this business and where he goes to church and his pastor. I wonder if they are aware of how his business / employees bring shame and embarassement to him, his church, and his God.\r \r
