Review content:
I have been to Boscos several times, typically to drink their beer which I think is pretty good. Had a friend want me to meet him for Sunday Brunch. I had a Blood Mary and Shrimp & Grits. Now I have had Shrimp in Grits at many places, regardless of whether it is low country or more cajun style, it has always been shrimp in a tomato based sauce over the grits. This version had no sauce, just 6 30-45 count (small) shrimp pan sauteed in spices over about 8oz of grits. It was a PATHETIC presentation. Overpriced at $15 and barely enough to fill up a 6 year old. I basically thought it was laughable. And they brought no bread. When I asked for bread, they brought cold french bread and no butter or olive oil or anything to put on it. Again, my only word is pathetic. It was a Bad interpretation, it was overpriced, and I was underserved.
