Review content:
Memphis OB/GYN (Dr. Crisler) delivered my first baby. She was a good doctor. She wasn't the best doctor if you want someone warm and loving, but she was competent. For my second pregnancy I switched to Dr. Joe because I was so impressed with his bedside manner the few times I saw him during my first pregnancy. To make a long story short, I ended up miscarrying that baby and the Memphis OB/GYN staff were cold and HEARTLESS. A doctor didn't even visit me in the hospital. I was told over the phone, by the doctor on call that night, that my ""baby is no longer living"" and was told to go home and wait out the miscarriage naturally. This was after a week of calling the office and telling them I was bleeding and something was wrong. They refused to see me and told me to go to the emergency room if I was that concerned. Anyway- I liked Dr. Joe, but the staff there is horrible. They see so many patients- you're just one of thousands. Please go somewhere else if you want to have your baby with the help of caring nurses and doctors.
Pros: Dr. Joe's bedside manner
Cons: rude nurses, rushed office visits, wait times, impersonal service
