Do not get anything waxed here unless you want to waste time & money and walk away with all your hair still! I had my eyebrows & underarms done here once and will never go again. I've been to several places in Sioux Falls, and this was the most overpriced and worst experience ever!! The girl was very nice, but clearly did not have much for experience. I paid $60 for these two waxes, and you couldn't pay me to go again. It was overpriced & terrible service.
When I got in my car, I plucked a whole bunch of stray hairs she missed for my eyebrows. When I got home, my underarms didn't look she had waxed anything. I had at least 30 hairs left on both underarms that I had to spend almost an hour plucking myself. After she was done waxing, she even told me there were a few leftover hairs she couldn't get with wax, and I had to ask her to pluck them as I know wax can't get everything. But over 30 hairs on each arm!!! That's ridiculous! I had to wait a couple weeks to go to a different salon to get rewaxed and thankful I did, but I shouldn't have had to do that.
After my terrible experience, I tried contacting this salon by phone & email asking simply for a refund or credit towards future services (NOT WAXING), but never got a response. I own my own business, and I know this is NOT the way to attract or keep customers by ignoring them & their terrible experiences.
