My Mom takes our stuff there. She says she LIKES the ""take in lady"" because she is SO strict. That way we get good stuff and not nasty or wrinkled stuff. She doesn't mean to be ""tough"", but I imagine 100 or 200 women a day coming in and some of them not being too careful about what they bring would eventually get on anyone's nerves. Don't take it so personally--it's fashion! It's fun! There are other places to go if you would rather, but Mom says they are careful!
