i say they got it wrong giving them the benifit of the doubt. if i dont then they were just plain lieing to me .the tech pulled up was there less then 10 mins when he said i needed a new unit....they installed it 7 years ago when someone else owned the house.....they told me the compressor was out and the indoor coil leaked.\r
i called for another quote on replacing the unit, the guy who came out fixed it for 120 dollars, said coil and compressor was fine....also commented that this isnt the first time hes seen bean cheating and air (his words ) did something like this and something about you cant check if a unit is low with a dead compressor....unit running fine now no thanks to bean.\r
