Review content:
What a waste of Money!! He came to my house on a Friday for about 5 minutes. He said he was not sure if this was repaireable or not (Probably not). Said he would get in touch with me Monday to let me know what he finds out and what my options would be. On Tuesday, I called THEM to see what was up. All the guy could tell me is that it was unrepairable and that someone else would contact me. Now its Friday again. No call. I called again. He basically told me that they are not interested in this anymore and agve me an 800 # to call, and, Oh Yeah, that I was charged $85 for all that great service. An A+ BBB rating?!? Where did that come from. I would say D at best.
